❤️🌸🕊March Loveletter 🕊🌸❤️

“The arrival of spring can’t be done in one picture” – David Hockney

Dear you

I hope this March  loveletter finds you well my loves.  I Feel as if I have been in an eternal February, but this morning as I wake the Sun is shining and there is a brightness in the sky. I went to a dance class this week and this poem at the altar next to a nest it spoke to my heart so deeply I wanted to share it with you…I am so happy March is here…

I carry bear dump sticks

Through the grey skies

Of this eternal February

The rain dampens, my wings, sudden, and heavy I am tired I feel cold

All I want to do is stop to rest I keep gathering wet sticks

Soon it is March I bend, snap and shape

And slowly It is made

My pile of damp things

Becomes an empty nest

What knows what will thrive, here ?

….It’s a good contemplation isn’t it what do we need in our lives to thrive and follow more of that….I’m excited to be teaching at a retreat in Glastonbury in March to celebrate the spring equinox. It’s my favourite celebration of the year and I’m so happy to be sharing Yoga all about the spring season.

Before I go, I’ll be teaching my beautiful spring workshop on the 30th of March which is Easter weekend - 10.30 - 11.30 am

Join me for a 3 hour mini-retreat to move us into Spring. As we transition from Winter to Spring we can witness the light change, the buds bloom and begin to feel the temperature changing. Transitions are not always easy but are an integral and necessary part of our learning and growth. Coming together for this mini-retreat, we can emerge from Winter and move towards the light once again. Let us move, breathe, meditate, contemplate intention setting and relax into an extended Yoga Nidra. Open to all levels.

The long winter months can often leave us feeling tired and lethargic, and in need of a little extra TLC. This workshop is an opportunity for you to take some time out, give yourself permission to truly relax and rest, and to recharge your batteries.Expect - beautiful yoga sequences, a little yin, guided relaxation, meditation and a circle of intention - with a little tea, cake and connection before we leave. £35. Please book directly on my website…it will be beautiful

Also teaching 3 classes a week ….Flyer above with details….come - move and be moved ….I also wanted to let you know in this FREE 40 day meditation challenge with two great teachers, Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield.
