ACTIVELY AGING YOGA
This one hour slow yoga class incorporates a range of exercises to improve strength, flexibility and overall mobility
It will also energise and improve yor overall sense of wellbeing. No mats are used in this class – standing or sitting on a chair – the focus is embodying your body and breathing and a lovely seated relaxation to end the session.
This is held at Kindacafe a community cafe where you can meet other people and enjoy looking out to the beautiful vista of the sea.
