Dearest hearts,

Beltane blessings my loves...

Today we celebrate Beltane, the sacred seasonal day marking the height of Spring's vibrant energy. As nature bursts forth in magnificent bloom all around us, we are reminded of the profound creative and fertile energy that flows through all living things - including you.

The Magic of Beltane

Beltane marks a powerful transition in nature's cycle. The tentative beginnings of spring have blossomed into full expression - trees adorned with luminous new leaves, flowers bursting into magnificent blooms, and the air filled with intoxicating spring fragrances. This is nature's most fertile period, when life force surges through every branch, stem, and root.

At this sacred time, we celebrate:

  • The vibrant rebirth of nature after winter's rest

  • The pure joy and pleasure of being alive

  • The fertile, creative energy flowing through all things

  • Our own innate power to bring dreams into reality

Today’s Beltane sunrise session was absolutelyincredible—perhaps the most beautiful sunrise I’ve ever seen. We gathered around the fire in the early light, with birdsong all around, and the warmth of community holding us. We practiced yoga, received beautiful gong bath,  held a ritual around the fire and had a swim and breakfast together before setting off into our lives. Beltane is a celebration of life-force energy, of passion and aliveness. It asks us: What sparks your joy? What stirs your soul awake?

With that in mind, I’m so excited to share my Summer Yoga Timetable, created with love to help you connect more deeply to your body, the Earth, and the rhythm of the seasons:

My Summer timetable starts next week from the 6th of May we will be meeting on TUESDAY EVENINGS are now at 7pm outside at Babbacombe Downs, next to the Babbacombe Theatre. If it rains, we’ll meet indoors at Endeavour House. Please join my WhatsApp group to stay in the loop https://chat.whatsapp.com/BBdMQLqmayt1nN1is3rqQs or just message me directly on 078 472 44810 to check where we’re meeting. This Tuesday gathering is something I really want to grow into a regular, heart-centered collective.

WEDNESDAY MORNINGS at 7 am we rise with the sea at Meadfoot Beach for early yoga. The view, the smell of salt, the feel of sand—it’s a sensory, soul-lifting start to the day.

WEDNESDAY EVENINGS I offer Rest, Pause and Be—a deeply nourishing, restorative practice now at a new time of 7:30pm, giving us space to soak in the last of the day’s light before turning inward.

Restorative yoga is a deeply healing practice that offers the body and nervous system a rare chance to fully rest. In a world that often asks us to keep going, this practice invites stillness, softness, and surrender. By holding supported poses for longer, the body is given time to release tension, and the mind begins to quieten. It’s like being wrapped in a warm blanket of breath and presence. Held in the middle of the week, my Rest, Pause and Be class offers a sacred pause—a time to reset, recalibrate, and come home to yourself so you can move through the rest of your week feeling more grounded, nourished, and whole.

I’ll also be hosting occasional pop-up sessions—outdoors when the weather is right and spirit moves. And during the summer, I’ll be weaving in time for festivals, where I reconnect with community, nature, music, and firelight under the moon. This is where my soul feels most alive.

Let nature remind you of your own rhythms. Let it bring you back to breath.

Yoga is here to hold us through the fullness of life. In a world that is often fast, loud, and overwhelming, our practice becomes a sacred pause—a return to ourselves, a way to fill our cups so we can live with presence and joy.

Lastly, I’m thrilled to share that while in Thailand I studied a new form of massage. I’m now offering deeply relaxing bespoke massages, facials, and Reiki sessions from my Balinese-inspired space—a sanctuary for rest, reset, and soul care.

Thank you for sharing this journey with me. It’s such a joy and honour to share these practices I love so deeply

With love

Enjoy the beautiful blossom

Enjoy the days of sunshine

Enjoy the beginnings of Spring
