❤️🌸🕊July Loveletter 🕊🌸❤️

Dear yogis Sorry this July love letter is getting to you a little late in the month but I have been busy celebrating my 50th year on this incredible planet Earth!!!!!! …

It has been a week of deep contemplation. My best friend came to visit me after 10 years - the last time he came Ines had just been born. He is one of my dearest friends and to have him with me in my home has been such a blessing. I have had a beach party with DJs to celebrate and dance with all my loved ones and friends and then went to work at a festival where I worked long hours but danced ALOT and spent time with my bestest girlfriend that I don’t see that often - it has been so much fun! It has made me really realise how much my friends mean to me and how much love I have for them. It has also made me look back on my life and see how far I have come. Life is full of EVERYTHING and this year has been a difficult one for me after losing my father suddenly. It’s been a extremely tender time. I felt emotional and meloncholic about life - how wild and holy it is. The practice of Yoga always brings me back to myself, it grounds me, it makes me trust in the mystery of life and allows me to be more present to welcome it in. .

July is one of my favourite months because I start to teach at festivals around the country. I am assisting my yin teacher at Buddhafields festival in Taunton. I fully recommend this festival. It’s one of the most colourful and all inclusive festivals I have been to with a real emphasis on meditation and yoga. Link is below for details.

I also teach at an incredible festival in Gloucester called Sundara. This festival feels like home. There are outdoor saunas, showers workshops, yoga dance and you get fed three times a day by the most incredible vegetarian chef. It is my most favourite week of the whole year and I can’t recommend it enough. It’s small, beautifully held and you can feel the love!!! Link below for details. This year Im teaching at music festivals - Boomtown and Beautiful Days which I’m really looking forward to. It’s always good for the soul to go to new places and experience new things don’t you think? Festivals make me feel so nourished - it makes me feel whole - conscious community, family friendly time in nature with likeminded beings. I’m already swooning at the month ahead.

So I will be continuing teaching my early morning Beach yoga on Mondays at 7 am at Meadfoot Beach and Park Yoga until the end of September. It will be my last Corbyn head Wednesday evening class next week on 19 th July then I’ll be starting it back up late August. I endeavour to slow down and enjoy the summer months with my family and friends. Breathing in radiance, aliveness and gratefulness.

This life is so precious, I want to live and breathe and be in awe of it all.

Thank you for always showing up to your mats. Yoga is an ancient methodology that is thousands of years old that is still here today. It works, it’s magical medicine and I am so grateful that it is in my life and yours too!

So I will see you on my return. Thank you for being by my side….it means a lot…

Big Summer love to you all Please get in touch if you need anything at all
