Hello my loves,

October is here — and hasn’t it been beautiful and mild? There’s something about this golden month that feels both soft and powerful.

I’ve been doing my best to rise early, to catch the sunrise and swim before the world wakes, and I have just two more sunrise yoga sessions left down at Oddicombe Beach - Wednesday at 7 pm - 8th and 15 th October. To move and breathe as the sun rises over the water feels like a little slice of magic — a reminder that nature gives us everything we need, if only we take the time to show up for it.

October always carries that golden light — the kind that lingers just long enough to make you pause. It’s the month when autumn truly arrives — when the air cools, the colours deepen, and we’re invited to slow down, to let go, and to savour what’s right in front of us.

Yoga & Spa Sanctuary

I’m so excited to share my newest offering — Yoga and Spa Sanctuary — a beautiful way to enjoy your yoga practice with the added luxury of spa time before or after class.

šŸ§˜ā€ā™€ļø Sundays – Aztec Spa, 9.30–10.30am

Enjoy the spa after class for just £6. Classes £10.

šŸŒ™ Mondays – Imperial Hotel, 7.30–8.30pm

Our brand-new class in the Torbay Suite — with free parking, a towel provided, and the option to use the spa before class for just Ā£5 (usually Ā£15). Simply tell them you’re there for yoga and pay me directly for class (Ā£10).

Both classes are gentle and accessible to everyone — absolute beginners are so welcome.

Midweek Online Sanctuary

Wednesdays – ā€œRest, Pause and Beā€

A soothing, restorative midweek class to replenish your body and spirit from the comfort of home.

If you haven’t joined before, your first class is free — just message me and I’ll send you the link.

It’s the perfect way to move into winter: cosy, comforting, and deeply nourishing.

Winter Wellness Day – Saturday, 22nd November, 9.30am–1.30pm

Held in a beautiful room overlooking the bay, this is a truly stunning space for a morning of deep nourishment and connection.

We’ll begin with two hours of yoga, essential oils, journaling, and sound healing, wrapping ourselves in a blanket of winter love before the busyness of Christmas.

Then you’ll have two hours to enjoy the spa, using the special gift I’ll give you to enhance your experience.

If you wish, you can stay on for a late lunch in the beautiful restaurant (this is an additional cost).

The whole morning is just £45, and you can book your space on my website.

Life Lately


On a personal note, as I prepare to move in with my mum by the end of the year, I’ve realised just how much we hold, how much we consume, and how much it all fills our heads. I’m really feeling the need to simplify my life as much as possible — to create more peace, more space, and more time to breathe.

It also feels incredibly special to bring three generations together under one roof — to share this time with my mum in her later years, to love and care for one another, and to cherish the preciousness of being together.

I’ll be holding an Open Home soon, selling some of my treasures collected from around the world — things that hold beauty and story but are ready for new homes. If you’re interested in seeing what I’ll be parting with, please get in touch — I have an album I can send you.

A Gentle Reminder

Classes have been a little quieter lately I'm sure due to the cost of living - that is why I want to make going to a spa accessible for everybody. Park Yoga is free for four months through the summer months which is such a beautiful initiative — it allows so many people to experience yoga and its benefits.

But it’s also so important to continue our practice all year round, especially through the darker months when we need it most.

Your support means the world to me — every class you come to keeps this community alive and helps me continue sharing what I love.

Following the Season

As the light begins to fade, we’re invited to draw in — to tend to our inner world.

Autumn and winter are times for self-care, introspection, and gentle nourishment.

A time to plant the seeds for spring, to incubate, to rest, and to follow nature’s rhythm.

I wish you the most beautiful October, my loves.

May you find warmth in your routines, sweetness in simplicity, and peace in your own breath.

A Little Note:

I’ll be away from Thursday, 17th October to Thursday, 24th October, so there will be no classes that week.

All classes resume as normal from Sunday, 26th October.
