❤️🌸🕊September Loveletter 🕊🌸❤️

Dear Beautiful Ones…

September has appeared, soft, surprising, needed and beautiful.Whispers of descent hang in the air, in my body and the bird song is changing from outward fertility and growth to soft melancholy sounds. I feel grateful that September is here and there is a feeling of being able to slow down. I feel myself in two places. One in summer beauty and the other loving the invitation to begin to descend, to reach inwards and snuggle up next to firesAugust has been incredible and as you know, I adore being away at festivals, being in community and being on the land.Since my papa passed I have realised that life is so very fleeting and I made a promise to myself to live my life to the fullest.  Opportunities arose for me to be able to join many festivals this year teaching yoga and giving massage - two of my favourite things.A question I often ask myself is if this was the last days  of my life - what would I do and I have done exactly what has nurtured my soul.  10 festivals later massaging/sharing yoga at every one - I feel I have lived exactly how my heart has desired. It’s been truly blissful and I am so very grateful for all that has been. I have a deep desire to live much more simply these days,  being in nature more and slowing down.

As September arrives and we move closer to Autumn I always use the change of seasons as an opportunity to pause and reflect. It’s the perfect time to reflect on your life, your Self, and any growth & changes you’ve gone through over the year so far - what you need to compost down and dream in the Winter that will nourish you as we delve inwards.

This is the season of balance and a time to harvest all our outward energy of the Summer and prepare for the Winter ahead. I love the transition from Summer to Autumn. Witnessing the changing of the leaves, feeling the temperature change, noticing the light change. Rather than resisting it and holding on to Summer, we learn to sit in it, notice it and celebrate. So what do I have on offer in September? As you know, I adore celebrating the medicine wheel and on Sunday, the 22nd of September it is Autumn Equinox -  I will be offering my last sunrise  yoga ceremony at Oddicombe beach.  There will be contemplation of the equinox, sitting in meditation watching the sunrise, yoga, fire ceremony, breakfast and an optional swim. It's always a beautiful affair.

There will be contemplation of the equinox sitting in meditation watching the sunrise, yoga, fire ceremony, breakfast and an optional swim. The sunrise is much later and will not rise until 7 am so you don't need to get out of bed at 4 am like we have done in the summer.

Come let's gather one last time.i'm also working in conjunction with Torre Abbey  mansion where I will be offering yoga in the gardens and then you can obtain a free entry into the gardens, greenhouse, ruins and the mansion itself. It dates back to 1196. It's a wonderful way to spend a Sunday. See flyer below for details. The price will be £8/£6 for your yoga class and entrance will be  paid directly to Nina.

This this will be an amazing day of exploration and yoga.I am continuing teaching all of my outdoor classes until the end of September. There is always a sadness when my early-morning beach yoga finishes as I adore starting the week at this incredible Vista so the last class will be September 30 th.  You can join classes at Tessier Gardens and Thatcher Rock too.  Such incredible places  that I feel so fortunate to practice yoga at.

Check the flyer for details.I then have a new timetable from the 1st of October, I will be changing my Monday night class Tuesday night and holding it at the Acorn centre at 6:45 to 7.45pm.  There is free parking and a café and security there. It's a really lovely space.I'm also taking my Sunday classes back into the Aztec studio at 10 am weekly where  you can use the swimming pool, sauna, Jacuzzi and steam room for £5 straight after class, which is just wonderful to do in the winter months.I will continue offering my online Wednesday evening of rest, pause and be class as I feel there is such a need to practice on the mid week slump day and to practice in a restorative, gentle way is so needed in these stimulating, demanding lives of ours.

My very last Festival of the year is my most favourite ‘Wonderment’ over 26-29 th September.  The most beautifully held festival where you are fed incredible food and you are held in such a loving embrace. I cried leaving last year at how touched I was by it. Watch the reel below to get a feel of the amazingness of it.

I have a 20% discount codes for friends and family. I also am offering beautiful holistic Autumnal treatments with Ayurvedic oils and warming blankets. Each treatment ends with a chakra soundbath to soothe your soul. Autumn is a wonderful time to set some self care practices up for yourself.

I will be offering a beautiful day of remembrance workshop in collaboration with Emma Carter where we will spend the day in nature and around fire remembering our loved ones. Date is Saturday November 2 nd - 11 am - 3 pm.  Circle, fire, nature connection, journaling, lunch and  sharing - it's a powerful day.I am also planning a beautiful winter wellness day in early December with a private spa experience included in the day.

Details will be shared shortly. So my loves I look forward to seeing you all. Go well

Nina xx
